Appetite
Appetite is based on my glorious year spent living in Edinburgh, Scotland at the age of 25, where I studied at the Edinburgh School of Food and Wine. This catapulted my journey into working as a line cook in professional kitchens, and my studies in wine. Since then, I have become a Level 2 Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and Level 3 in the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
